Due in part to the low cost of tickets and time and cost for registration, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted.

When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.ALL TICKET ORDERS PLACED AFTER MAY 30, 2010 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR WILL CALL PICK-UP AT THE TICKET BOOTH WHEN THE CONVENTION BEGINS.
