TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL TICKET PURCHASES
Due in part to the low cost of tickets and time and cost for registration, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted.
When you
receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be
replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.ALL TICKET ORDERS PLACED AFTER JUNE 30, 2009 WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR WILL CALL PICK-UP AT THE TICKET BOOTH WHEN THE CONVENTION BEGINS.
If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of God (earthquake, flood, etc), we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets.
Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time. Tickets are non-transferrable and may not be re-sold.
